If  we at  Artisan Design Group change our policy you will be promptly notified prior to its enforcement.   Name Removal   You may request to have your name removed from our lists at anytime, simply by E-mailing us at webmaster@artisandesigngroup.ws   Generally, name removal requests will be conducted within 24 hours of their receipt.   Security   All data collected on secure product order forms will be encrypted utilizing 40 and 128 bit encryption for your safety and privacy. Visit our "Security" page.   Changes/Modifications   Changes or record updates should be directed to "customerservice@artisandesigngroup.ws."   Cookies   It is not our policy to send cookies (seeking personal information) to clients and/or customers who routinely visit our site.   IP Addresses   Although many web servers monitor visitors requests for pages and are able to automatically recognize the browser domain name and address, the information gathered will be utilized for diagnostic and statistical purposes only.  However, because we link to numerous outside vendor sites, you may receive solicitations from time to time from these vendors. To that end, Artisan Design Group LLC (d.b.a. artisandesigngroup.ws) cannot be held responsible for the "requests for information" that you may receive. Nor shall Artisan Design Group LLC. We will only release the information necessary to identify you, as well as factual information from our credit records regarding your repayment history. However, at no time will this information be given to second or third parties for solicitation purposes.   Information Retention   The specific length of time we retain information varies depending upon the client, state and federal agency requirements, and the nature of the information. Although this period may extend beyond your business relationship with us, this data will be retained only so long as is legally necessary for us to effectively address any issues which may arise at a later date. Should this time frame expire, practices are in place to allow for the complete destruction of any and all pertinent information.   Requests for Information   Our files are your files.  You may request copies of all information regarding your account at anytime. We respect your right to privacy and will grant you access to all information we have about you. However, since the information requested by us will be in the form of your transaction records, this information is readily available to you through your bank, credit union, or other financial institution. If at anytime, however, you require additional information, simply contact us and we will provide you with specific instructions.   Record Updates   We will make every effort to keep your records current and as up to date as possible.
